You will need to have registered for the Digital Series. Access will then be granted to all content prior to the week starting. 

To access any upcoming live webinar, you will be sent 2 emails (60 and 5 minutes prior), be sure to look out for emails from Solar Media. These emails will have your unique link which is just for you. 

These links can’t be shared as others won’t have the relevant credentials in our system.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to register again, you will be taken to the ‘stage’ ready for the webinar to start.

Access won’t be granted to each webinar until the start time so you won’t miss out on any content.

It is free to attend if you select the Standard Registration, otherwise it is £299 per upgrade to a Premium Registration. 

The Premium Registration has everything the Standard Registration has plus a fully dedicated and integrated online networking platform. You can create your profile, utilise video chat, browse the attendee list by name and company, screen share, schedule meetings and more. 

To upgrade your ticket from a Standard Registration to a Premium Registration, all you need to do is email Rachel Morrissey who will be more than happy to help. 

Yes! By purchasing the Premium Registration, you can search through the full attendee list and select and schedule who you want to meet with. Once you have set up your profile, you can search/browse company/delegate listings. Request one-to-one meetings with other delegates, send them private messages that just the two of you can read. Please note both sides need to accept the meeting for it to go ahead.

Once you have purchased the Premium Registration, you can set up your full profile on the networking area. Next, you can search through the company/delegate list and select who you want to schedule a one-to-one meeting with. By requesting a one-to-one meeting with another delegate, you can choose a specific day and time, plus send them a message introducing yourself and why you would like to meet. Please note both sides need to accept the meeting for it to go ahead.

No, each webinar will be separate to allow everyone to gain maximum learnings through new content, with live panels, Q&As and panels included. Please view the latest agenda for more information.

Access won’t be granted to each webinar until the start time so you won’t miss out on any content.
